Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund terms for Bandhan (Online Match Service) and Sankalp (Dedicated Match Service). By purchasing a plan on sambalpuribihabarpan.in, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Service

We provide personalized matchmaking and digital networking services. Because our work (manual curation, profile verification, and premium access) begins immediately upon payment or registration, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

2. Bandhan Online Plans (Pro/Premium/Elite)

Bandhan plans provide instant digital access to interests, photo-viewing, and chat features.

These plans are non-refundable. Exceptions are made ONLY for:

  • Duplicate payments for the exact same membership.
  • Technical failure where the payment was successful but the “Bandhan” features were not activated within 48 hours.

*Refund requests for technical errors must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Sankalp Dedicated Plans (Select / Unlimited / Restart)

Sankalp plans (Dedicated Match Service) involve high-intensity manual processing by our Relationship Managers.

Strict Policy: Once our team begins the curation process (manual profile shortlisting) or once a “Secure Link” match is sent to you, the plan becomes Strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable.

4. The “No-Match” Clause

As a facilitator, we provide curated matches, but we cannot control human responses. Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • A candidate responding “No” during the Two-Way Consent process.
  • Matches being aborted by either party.
  • Lack of immediate response from other members.

5. Processing Approved Refunds

Approved refunds (for duplicate or technical errors) are processed back to the original payment source within 7–14 business days.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes regarding payments or services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Courts of Balangir, Odisha, India.
