2. Data Collection & Usage
We collect and process personal data (including biodata, horoscopes, and photographs) exclusively for the purpose of matchmaking. Your data is processed based on the service model you choose:
- Interest-Based System: Data is used to facilitate mutual connections. Chat features are enabled only after the receiver accepts an interest.
- Photo Protection: To ensure a secure environment, photos are visible only to paid Bandhan members. This prevents data misuse by unverified or free users.
- Two-Way Consent: We use a high-privacy “Secure Link” system. Profile data is shared only after a client expresses interest.
- Match Abort Logic: If a user responds “No” at any stage, the matchmaking process for that specific pair is terminated, and no further data is exchanged.
3. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with registered members for the sole purpose of finding a life partner, subject to the privacy settings and consent protocols mentioned above.
