1. How do I upgrade my membership?

Go to Login / My Account → My Subscriptions or visit our Membership Plans page. Choose a plan (Pro, Premium, Elite) and follow the checkout steps. If you have any trouble, contact support at support@matrimozo.com.

2. How long does a subscription last?

All paid memberships are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. You can view start/expiry dates on your My Subscription page.

3. I upgraded but my plan still shows as Free — what should I do?

Try clearing your browser cache and logging out / back in. If the plan still appears incorrectly after a few minutes, please contact support@matrimozo.com with your order ID and account email.

4. How do I contact another member?

Contact methods (viewing contact details, messaging, chat) depend on your membership level. Upgrade to Pro or above for full contact and chat access.

5. How do I report a fake or abusive profile?

Open the member’s profile, click the Report option and provide details. You can also email support@matrimozo.com with a link to the profile and screenshots.

6. Can I get a refund?

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please check that page for the conditions and steps.

7. I lost access to my account — how do I recover it?

Use the password reset link on the login page. If you no longer receive the reset email, contact support@matrimozo.com and include your registered email address.

9. What is Matrimozo Forever Membership (Offline)?

Forever Membership (Offline) is a one-time lifetime package (launch price ₹5,000,MRP Rs 10000/-) that gives you a personalised, private matchmaking service. We create/verify your biodata, keep your contact & photos confidential, and provide priority matching using both our online database and offline records. 10. What is Connect Membership (Offline) — Monthly?

Connect Membership is a short-term 30-day subscription for focused matchmaking (launch price ₹500, MRP ₹1,000). While active you receive curated match alerts, WhatsApp/email support and phone assistance reserved for offline members. Renew only if you want another matching cycle. Buy: Connect Monthly.

11. How do I join an Offline plan (Forever / Connect)?

Click the product form link above .You will receive a secure biodata link. Submit the form, then complete payment. After payment, send 3 clear photos via the WhatsApp number or email provided in the confirmation. Our team verifies and starts matching.

12. Do you publish my profile online?

No — offline plan data stays private by default. We will never list your profile publicly unless you give explicit consent. Photos and contact details are shared only with your permission and only with matched parties.

13. How and where do I send photographs?

After form submission you will see instructions and a reference code. Send up to 3 clear photos (recommended ≤300 KB) to our WhatsApp or email as notified. Photos are stored securely and handled with strict privacy.

14. How long until I receive matches?

We verify submitted biodata and photos, then begin curated matching. Typical delivery of initial matches is within 24–72 hours after successful verification; complex preferences may take longer.

15. Do you do door-to-door visits or share my phone publicly?

No. Matrimozo does not perform unsolicited door-to-door visits. Voice-call support is available only to offline paying members; contact details are not published publicly and are shared with matched parties only after consent.

16. Can I request refunds or cancellations?

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. For offline plans, please check the product page for the exact refund terms or contact support@matrimozo.com with your order details.

17. Who is responsible for verifying matches and meeting arrangements?

Matrimozo is a facilitator that provides curated matches and verification support. Final decisions, verification between parties, and arrangement of meetings are the responsibility of the users. We will never be compelled to arrange or guarantee meetings. See our Terms & Conditions.

18. How do you protect my data and privacy?

We store offline submissions in secured storage and limit access to authorised staff only. Photos and contact details are only shared with explicit consent. See Privacy Policy for full details.

19. I am a broker/agent — can we collaborate?

We have no such scheme/plan at present.
