1. The MatrimOzO™ Ecosystem

Sambalpuri Biha Barpan is powered by the MatrimOzO™ technology framework. By registering, you acknowledge that while the service is regionally focused on Western Odisha, the underlying technology, privacy standards, and administrative controls are managed by Modisha Enterprises under the MatrimOzO™ brand.

2. Membership & Plan Workflows

• Bandhan (Online Match Service): This is an interest-based system. Connection and chat features are only activated upon mutual acceptance of interest. Photo visibility is restricted to paid members to maintain platform integrity.
• Sankalp (Dedicated Match Service): A human-assisted service involving a two-way consent system. Match proposals are sent via Secure Links. If a user responds “No” at any stage, the match is aborted and no contact information is exchanged.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information. Misrepresentation of marital status (e.g., claiming to be “Never Married” for a Sankalp Select plan when previously married) will result in immediate termination without refund. Users are advised to perform their own background checks before finalising a match.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for Sankalp plans are strictly non-refundable due to the immediate manual curation involved. Bandhan plans are activated instantly; refunds are only processed for technical failures as per our Refund Policy.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the use of this platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Balangir, Odisha.
